I am a translator with 15 years of experience from the IT sector and 25 years of working experience in total. I offer services including translation (using CAT software), transcription and interpretation service in English, German, Italian, French and Spanish and Portuguese. Strongly motivated and goal orientated. I lived and worked in 5 countries on 3 continents.
I do top-quality and professional translations from DE/ENG/IT/FR/ESP/PT to German, English and Italian. I do not use any translation software. I translate not only the words but also the natural meaning. I also offer proofreading in these languages. Having 15 years of experience within the IT industry, I have a broad knowledge of the IT terminology in various languages. I am able to do this because I studied these languages and used them in respective countries.
When trading internationally, it is an advantage to translate your website and literature into your target market’s language. Making it easier for potential clients to find and readily understand your services and products is important for growth and expansion of your company in the international market place.
For 15 years I have worked for various IT companies in both Switzerland and Germany (HP, Sun Microsystems (now Oracle), RWE IT GmbH, Profi Engineering Systems AG, Proditec AG/Distrelec). I have been working as technical sales assistant and as a customer support person. Coming from the IT industry I am used to the use of a variety of (online) tools.
